Welcome to lele4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and lele4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atlele4d.click.

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or similar incentive offered by lele4d to Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total sum a Member must wager before bonus funds or winings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the Member into their Account wallet, distinct from bonus credit.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to validate a Member's identity before processing certain transactions.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or the Company's internal policy.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on lele4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person aged21 years or older. lele4d does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, place any Wager, or access any real-money gaming feature on the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced through KYC verification and automated detection mechanisms.
2. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of placing any Wager or accessing real-money gaming features.

6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone (1) Account on the lele4d Platform only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name as per your government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Valid email address to which Account communications will be sent.
• Valid mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Preferred payment method details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. lele4d will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. By accessing the lele4d Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency or syndicate using your Account.
• You will not access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or databases in any manner.
• You will not attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, game lopholes, or RNG patterns for systematic advantage in contravention of fair play standards.
• You will not use any third-party software, artificial intelligence tools, or algorithmic betting systems that materially distort the fairness of game outcomes.
• All funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources, and you are not using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will comply with all applicable local laws governing your participation in online gaming activities.

lele4d reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Any Account found to be in breach may be suspended pending investigation, with winings and deposits frozen until the matter is resolved.

lele4d supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of local and international payment channels, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT).

Deposit Terms:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction.
• lele4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees. lele4d is not responsible for delays arising from network congestion.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment instruments that have been verified as belonging to the Member and are registered in the Member's name.
• Members must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Unverified Accounts are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes for verified Accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Processing times for other methods and VIP tier levels are detailed in the VIP Programme terms.
• lele4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceding RM 10,000 within any 24-hour period, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

lele4d offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry dates, which are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• lele4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Incomplete wagering on expired bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• lele4d reserves the right to void winings and confiscate balances where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated promotional manipulation.
• Cryptocurrency deposit bonuses are calculated based on the MYR equivalent value of the deposited cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All bets and wagers placed on the lele4d Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game category — sports betting, live casino, slots, 4D lottery, or arcade games — as published on the Platform at the time of wagering.

• Once a bet is confirmed by the Member and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed, except in circumstances where lele4d determines that a technical error, manifest odds error, or data feed failure has occurred.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a live casino session that results in an incomplete game round, the Platform's recorded server state at the point of disconnection shall be treated as the authoritative record for settling the affected round.
• Odds offered on sports events are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the precise moment of bet placement and confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• lele4d reserves the right to void bets placed on events where it has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised, including match-fixing or collusion.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or per event may apply and are published within each game category's rules section.

lele4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief. Gambling carries inherent financial risk, and Members should at all times gamble within their means.

lele4d provides the following responsible gaming tools all Members, accessible via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure maximum gaming session durations and receive on-screen reminders when limits are approaching.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying current session duration and net gaming balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Permanently excluded Accounts cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the lele4d Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.

• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate financial fraud, or process funds of criminal origin.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of the outcome of sporting or gaming events.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or manifest odds errors to gain an unfair advantage, including continuing to wager after becoming aware of an error.
• Coluding with other Members or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lele4d staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

lele4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the Member.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in a verified Account will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-restricted winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure unless specifically stated otherwise.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use the lele4d name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express prior written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lele4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of winings or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access caused by the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the Member's payment service provider or banking institution.
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on inaccurate or outdated information displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities is not permitted by law, lele4d's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

lele4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lele4d will endeavour to notify registered Members via email to their registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, shall be the authoritative version governing all interactions between the Member and lele4d.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming regulatory frameworks under which lele4d operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant regulatory authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
